Finally a new alternative Lego brick brand that is new and original.
Now remember this is the first modular and build from them, so it’s not perfect, but it’s a great start and a fun build which is more important for me and hopefully for you and it’s compatible with Lego Bricks.
We don’t sell it on our store, yet, but do support them and give Jason and the team a shout out!
Before you mention about pricing just know that a lot of thought went into producing the set and months of trial and error to get it out, we are lucky it exist and you can have one to fill your modular needs.

Sony’s FS5 4k UHD to 4K pro res with Fujinon 18-55mm. Used for my face…
Slow motion was all shot in 2K raw to pro res.
Falcon Eye for all lights.

i think your "gold coin" is a bell in case there is no one at the counter and u press to call the worker
so this is where the lego city criminals get their crowbars
i only have a lepin pet shop which i may have lost the green guys right arm or it was not packed in and the lego brick bank
if i had i would redo the shop i dont think my city needs a toolshop in the middle of the city

Hey… this Modular is awesome! I'm building it at the moment and it's so much fun! I think the golden round-tile should be a desk-bell 🤔 By the way… I think I will be in HK in January to visit the toy fair. Maybe we can meet than!
The amount of detail inside is very good, but like many have said, that exterior is plain. It's weird how they picked that one as the first, since the other pictures from the book looked more interesting as modulars. This review will probably push me over the line to support them in their modular building, so hopefully they'll put out a nice line of more modulars with more interesting concepts.

Awesome review. Love those close up interior shots. Almost makes you feel like we are minifigure scale (scary thought)…. And it is a new modular! Like Hazel, I noticed the "flush" comment. Oh, and don't you think you should review the other two modulars in the video…. three years is a long time!
It's amazing to know there's another truck brand out there. I would like to have paper instructions than a pdf, on the other hand it saves paper and I use a pdf with Lego's three 'n' one sets from the Lego movie 2 (metal beard and Emmets little yellow vehicle set) so I would be fine using a pdf.
It's a good change for getting a set without minifigures, cause I think it's better to use your own collection of minifigures to fill it or decorate the inside of it. That's the best flavor this set I say about.
I loved the inside of it there's so much space and detail on the inside which is great.
Some times the deep test is great and other times it's not. But its great to see what comes of when you do it like that to see what will comes off when some one does that. Yeah I think it'll be great to see in the city and with the other two too. Its funny to see the two building's talk to each other, that's funny.
The sign looks better in blue than brown in my opinion. I like how it was going to the ending showing them sleeping and little Scottie in the bathtub. That's really cool.
I will definitely buy from them (or them via you) in the future! Great set, looking forward too see more of theirs! 😀
+1 for the Loot Zone.Now you'll have to stuff all your treasure chests in. The blue is a nice contrast with the yellow.

But that building looks so awesome… wish it was less expensive (the shipping) but I will hopefully buy it.
I also built a modular building moc myself. It's clothing shop and office rooms. I didn't expect that it would be great but it is! And this fits very well!
