I think you installed the headlight upside down.
I think you dont get bulb mount properly. You even dont heave right light-shadow pattern. Its clearly obvious that bulb is not in focus point. Second thing – dont tell me that you test that lamp in old circle projector from 1966)) At least you should test it in some modern hyundai accent or kia.
