Hi! AdsTerra is definitely not the best ad network. The truth - that I had to learn the hard way - is that after you get approved and paste the code to your website, the ads don't show up, but Facebook instantly flags your website, and you won't be able to share content from your website to Facebook. We are a news and media website, and most of the articles we published, we posted instantly to Fb also. Every link to our website disappeared from our FB page, and we are no longer able to post our content to our FB page, so there's no CPM high enough that's worth using AdsTerra.

Have you tried FroggyAds.com ? I used them in the past but have impressions and clicks but no conversion so far on their Push Ads. I targeted 2nd/3rd tier countries for the pin submit offers from CPA Lead . Verticle : Dating / Music-Ringtone.
