These cases are patients who I, or my colleagues have seen. They are de-identified and many instances have been presented in more depth in an academic setting. 2. This has nothing to do with the ketogenic diet for the every day person. You're slandering a very healthy lifestyle to line your pocket, whilst simultaneously potentially harming hundreds of thousands of people, who's opinions' are being tainted. Congratulations.

In this instance, the ketogenic diet saved her life.

  3. Just like to highlight that despite the title, the keto diet was not the cause of her problems. It just highlighted an existing condition. I enjoy the Keto diet/lifestyle and do it correctly with healthy fats, low-moderate protein and lots of low carb vegetables.

  4. Contrary to what you have stated multiple times in your video, Ketones are the preferred source of energy for the brain, NOT sugar. That's why it can cure Alzheimer which his is a form of diabetes. So many diseases are in fact caused by the overconsumption of carbohydrates that cause metabolic syndrome and lead to most of modern degenerative diseases.

  5. Whaaat keto diet done with enough of animal fats will be far greater for depression and brain regeneration. Anyway it's good to slowly transition between diets.

"Seeing as how it was a tumor in her pancreas, it's hard to believe that it had anything to do with the keto diet. I would honestly say that this particular instance was probably coincidental. Especially seeing as how many people have been thriving on keto. I wouldn't read into this story or chalk it up to the keto diet."

  7. Nice b8, m8. In short, the keto diet helped uncover a neuroendocrine tumor. Got it.

You know the problem here? She didn’t get her doctor’s advice before trying the diet in the first place. Not only did she just have a baby, but the diet isn’t even meant for regular folks. It’s meant for folks with epilepsy to control their seizures when medication has shown to be ineffective for them. People need to stop blaming the diet and start blaming the idiots who go on the diet either before talking to their doctors or after talking to them and going against medical advice anyway.

    P. S. I have no idea why this showed up in my recommendations.

  8. I think the blackout periods were the scariest part of this particular case. And the baby in the fridge!? Good thing Daddy was around at that time.

  9. These videos always make my hands feel weak and I get woozy XD It's just a human body! But i think high empathy makes it feel like I'm experiencing the symptoms myself
